Markit ETF Hub is a comprehensive source of highly reliable, cleansed and easily integrated constituent data for the growing international Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) market.
All US and European-traded ETFs are available through Markit Equities’ XML feed allowing unique integration with Markit’s underlying index composition service and Markit Dividends. As the universe of ETFs is expanding fast, Markit ETF Hub takes away the burdens of acquiring, aggregating, cleansing and supporting different files format from various ETFs providers.
Below are the fields provided at both ETF and constituent levels:
Index/ETF level
  • Unique Markit ID code, ISIN, SEDOL and RIC*(subject to license)
  • ETF Name
  • Fund manager (if included with name by fund manager)
  • Underlying index (if included with name by fund manager)
  • Calculation method-refer to on-line documentation for details
  • ETF closing  price – If provided by ETF provider
  • NAV (published)
  • Accrued dividend
  • Est cash
  • Total cash
  • Nosh
  • Release date and time stamp
 
Constituent level
  • Constituent name
  • Constituent identifier, Unique Markit ID, ISIN, SEDOL and RIC *(subject to license)
  • Constituent Closing Price (or next days open where available) - ETF subject to Fund Manager provision)
  • Shares in the Index or ETF (may differ from underlying stock or ETF from the index)
  • Timestamp
  • Comments from Markit (will be provided by email
